    • 2nd tank is rinse tank UP4822 Rinse No ultrasonic in this tank, 2000w heat 10A heat was consistent at 155°F but goes to 200°F perhaps a new element is needed.
    • 3rd is drying tank 240V 1Ph 50/60Hz 5000w heat 25.0A supposed to heat to 900°F heats to 217°, this may be a setting that can be field adjusted
    • 55A Total system
    • Each tank is 90 gallon, fully stainless steel, on casters with lids and a few dip baskets.
    • Tested and works as they should
