Shipping policy

Bullseye Industrial Sales ships merchandise to USA and Canada using FedEx, UPS, DHL, & USPS. Most international shipments are shipped via UPS. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

 

  • Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.
  • Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees.
  • Need it urgently? Next Day & Second Day Air Services are available. Call us and we will do what we can to get it to you quickly.
  • We ship USPS, UPS & FedEx. We choose the carrier.
  • If you prefer, we can ship using your account. Please choose Local Pickup at checkout and include the following info: Account number, billing zip code, and shipping service requested (ground, next day air...) Note that we CANNOT issue partial refunds for shipping that was paid!
  • Items paid for before 9:30 AM (EST) will usually ship out the same business day.
  • Large items that require an LTL shipment generally go out the next business day.
  • Larger items that must be shipped via flatbed truck will ship as soon as the truck can be secured, usually no more than 3-7 business days.
  • If an item needs to be shipped by freight courier, the buyer must contact us to request an invoice.

 

FREIGHT ITEMS

  • You will have the option of selecting from the following options at checkout:
    • Residential Delivery (If the address has a house on it or even close to it, carriers will note the address as residential)
    • Liftgate Delivery (If you do not have a forklift, select this option. HAND UNLOADING IS NOT PERMITTED BY CARRIERS)
    • Notify before Delivery (A phone call from the carrier, typically 10 to 15 minutes before arrival)
    • Limited Access Delivery (Any special address where the driver will need to go through a gate, or the property does not have enough room to comfortably turn around a 53' trailer, etc...)
    • These above options all cost extra, however, these are closely monitored. If you are not sure about your address, give us a call or shoot us an email and we can help you make the correct decision. If you do not select the correct options, we will contact you before shipping and will send you an invoice to pay for the add-on service BEFORE we can ship the order.
  • If you would like to set up your own freight, we will palletize the business day after payment is received and send you the weights and dimensions. The buyer will then be responsible for scheduling the pickup and sending us the BOL. Please make sure that we have the BOL BEFORE the truck gets here to pick up the freight. We DO NOT ship collect on your freight account.
