  • Top of tower has squaring cylinders operated manually or automatically.
  • Controls for palletizer is on the pallet conveyor section, the wires are cut between the 2 and a wire diagram is unavailable
  • System will need PLC or integrated into system that can control both sections or could be converted into a stand alone, we are selling it as it sits.

  • Accepts pallets 40" wide with a small amount of side adjustments
  • 2 Level Pallet Loader and unloader, in with an empty and out on top with full pallet
  • Pallet filled from top, lift table lowers to conveyor to discharge to another system
  •  Both units go together, the pallet feeder discharge section has the controls for the top tier
  • Many photo eyes and safety features
  • Without the motors connected to VFD the speeds are set at 15 FPM for the chain load/discharge on the conveyors
  • Unit is 208-230/460V 3Ph with the 3 motor being 1Hp each
  • The pallet loader discharge specs are as follows:
  • Both independent and controlled manually or automatically, operate at 15FPM
  • Pallet infeed conveyor, (bottom section) pallet bottom will be 36" from floor. There is 10" pallet head room
  • Above that conveyor is the full pallet conveyor, bottom of pallet measures from floor up is 60"
  • All systems tested and work as they should. Some left over disconnects may be unnecessary as they may be for another section of the line, example, 2 are labels as part of the sheet dispenser.
  • System photo'd with lift table in the fully raised position, last 2 photos are in the lowered position.
