    • 22 inch diameter by 24 inch deep stainless steel drum
    • Drum rotates 26 RPM
    • Older style Allen Bradley motor starters are getting old and probably should be replaced
    • Hydraulics consist of a Vickers hydraulic tank and valves, newer motor and newer pump
    • Hydraulic circuit has an issue when tilting the bucket up and down, there is a lot of bouncing. Not sure if this is from an unbalanced Basket, or air/water in the lines, weak coil or debris in valves, or as simple as a pressure adjustment or cylinder replacement. This issue causes the motor to heat up and amp draw to be erratic. Motor was tested fine, however
    • System will need further evaluation.
    • Rotation is smooth
    • There are 3 quartz heaters to heat basket, 2 lamps work, one did not turn on, may need new bulb, lamp or wired into system.
    • Discharge height when dumping drum is 40", Lead height is 65" from floor up.
    •  Individual components tested fine
