    •  Press was modified with an air feed to feed and cut wire for needle, straight pin, or similar material from a length of 2" or less with a thickness .002-.040"
    • Rockford Air Feed Model A2 also includes a wire straightener
    • Press would need a one shot air valve to work as intended. Currently the anti-repeat is not working/used. It will power cycle and continuously feed material and cut it as long as foot petal is depressed. Brake is an air valve on a cam, this may act as an anti-repeat and may just be out of adjustment.
    • Lacks adequate guarding.
    • Tested and works as it was intended for this set up.
    • Air feed could be removed but some modifications would be needed in the air circuitry to work as originally intended.
    • Press specs. 3/4" Stroke 6" Ram up height, 5-1/4" ram shut height
    • Set up for 0.023" wire
