- Tested and works as it should. Would need to add or subtract some components, some may be left over from previous operation
- Heating element is Chromalox CABB-611 240V 6000 Watt
- Walls of oven as well as the lid are hot air jacketed and works as it should
- Main circulating fan and secondary fans both work
- Chromolox thermostat is 300-700°F there is also a digital Barber Colman Model 7SL91003000 Controller
- Process Controller is Powers #535, Testing of unit followed last programmed recipe to 300°F, Controller does have a glitch, may be wiring or its just worn out
- Thermocouples (two inside oven) have the insulation melted off, would need replaced
- Cryogenic gas quench system is untested, although solenoid works when it should from demand of controller. Solenoid rated for 100PSI cryo-gas. Also includes gas regulators.
- Inside oven measures 30" x 72" and 32" Deep approx. 32 cubic feet
- Air cylinder assists door, new hand valve
- Lid insulation is in good condition, unit is well insulated.
