  • We have a video of this conveyor running and a short explanation of the theory of operation.
  • 4 Conveyors on same drive, run at 147 Feet per min.
  • There are 4 sets of pop up arms with roller on ends, each set has 3 arms that are triggered individually with solenoids. All run on air cylinders
  • Believed this to have been an in line operation so control voltage 110V is fed in else ware
  • Motor is Baldor VM3611 3Hp 208-230/460V
  • Solenoid coils are 110V, no transformer
  • Believed to have been used as a cut off selector conveyor, good material passes by, cut off strips are deflected to scrap bin, arms are used as a sort of pusher or alignment for next operation
  • Could be used as a cut off scrap conveyor or similar
  • Tested all functions and all are good
  • Obviously needs new belts.
  • Unit is 3 Ph so it could essentially run either way or on a drive to alternate for other use.
  • Unit is on casters
  • Belts are 17" wide and 66" long, spaced 6-1/2"  apart, full width of conveyor work area is 117"x 66".  Full foot print is 147" x 80"
  • Pop up Arms are 21" x 23" x 24" long (each set of 3)
  • Scrap container is on caster as measures 124" x 10" wide x 14" tall
  • 28" conveyor height, 21" Hight of discharge flap when in down position (this is the higher end of conveyor, it does sit at an angle, also this is the end the drive is on)
  • Shorter end of conveyor is 19" tall and flap is fixed in photo'd position (believe this is the intake end of conveyor, so theoretically material would run up hill if conveyor rotation is wired that way
  • Tested and works as it should. 480V and 110V
