- Machine was tested and all functions are there.
- It was modified to produce a certain part so there are modifications to discuss
- This machine was modified to allow a Fanuc robot manipulator load and unload parts, there are many added safety devices that may not be needed.
- Machine has a lot of aftermarket parts, but functions as it should
- Machine was tested and filmed in full auto mode
- Do not believe anything was permanently modified, whereas the mechanics of the machine are concerned
- Operating system is where the modifications are.
- The program and subsequent electrical components were added to allow machine to produce a specific part.
- The parameters of that part are unknown, do not know if the axis' of the machine have been limited in any way (X=20", Z=44" in a standard machine).
- Machine chuck has been replaced with a bolt on frame, chuck actuator is still installed, see photos. (do not know what the draw tube thread is).
- Tail stock has a modified attachment, believe that will just unchuck, did not investigate.
- Wired 480V, includes a few manuals. Electrical schematics do not appear complete unfortunately.
