We have had a few of these come through, they have all been modified to not reach clear to the floor. If the bottom modifications are removed, the rollers will bend the frame and potentially break it. The added top makes the load top heavy, the base frame has no bolt-to-the-floor tabs. If this were used for raising a tote of material, or for ergonomic work then this would work just fine.  AS is, it can NOT safely lift and lower 3 Tons. Please consider this if it will work for you.
