- This is a used Powder Coat Line that was removed from a working environment. The line was removed from Danco Metal Products when they closed down the plant.
- Washer is constructed of steel with a 25x46" Opening. Stage 1 Tank is approx 1200 gallons (143"L x 71"W x 30"T) with a 5HP Pump. Stage 2 Tank is approx 400 gallons (47"L x 71"W x 30"T) with a 5 HP Pump. Stage 1 is heated with a Maxon Series 67 6" Firing Tube, 800,000 BTU.
- Gas Dry off has 23-1/2" x 46-1/2" Opening.
- Spray Booth has 24" x 48" Openings. Includes JBI Torit Cartridge Collector and 2 Nordson Surecoat Powder Guns. (Hoppers are not included)
- Convection Dial-O-Temp Electric Cure Oven with a 23" x 33" opening.
